BY PLANE

From Milan Malpensa airport (MXP) and Bergamo Orio al Serio (BGY) you can reach the Central Station by shuttle bus. Malpensa Express train connects the airport to the Milan Central Station and G. Garibaldi Station.

From Linate airport (LIN), take bus line 73 Linate – San Babila.

BY TRAIN

From Central Station, take the yellow line (MM3) and get off at Missori.
From Cadorna Station, take the red line (MM1) and get off at Duomo.
From G. Garibaldi Station, take the green subway line (MM2),change at Cadorna and get on the red line (MM1) until Duomo.

BY SUBWAY

The nearest metro station to the conference venue are:

  • Duomo: MM1 – Red Line
  • Missori: MM3 – Yellow Line

BY TRAM AND BUS

Ca’ Granda is served by the tram and bus lines:

  • Lines 12, 15, 23, 27, 54: Via Larga stop;
  • Lines 16, 24: Corso di Porta Romana/Santa Sofia stop;
  • Lines 77, 94: Via Francesco Sforza/Policlinico stop.

BY CAR

The University Historical Home is located in the city centre which is subject to strict restrictions for “Area C”, i.e. the limited Traffic Zone of Cerchia Dei Bastioni. We suggest you to use the public transports or the tai service.

BY BICYCLE

Milan offers the bike-sharing service BikeMi, giving you the opportunity to rent bicycles for visiting the historic city centre.
